The Hydro Australia facility has been set up with all the state of the art equipment required to improve the reliability and performance of your pumps.

A Fully Computerised Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (Below) Capable of measuring accurately to 0.00010". This machine is heavily used in both the inspection and re-engineering process.  

Balancing is carried out on the fully computerised Dynamic Balancing Machine (Below). This enables Hydro Australia to balance to tolerances far greater than those normally obtained.

Our machine shop is fitted out with a range of Long and Short Bed Lathes (Below), vertical boring equipment and other sundry tools such as slotting, milling and grit blasting facilities.

We also have a Horizontal Borer and a Vertical Borer to add to our Client Services.
